Geo-Information Communication (GIC) Limited was incorporated in May 2002 in Kampala, Uganda. GIC is a Geospatial company with a focus on providing solutions and services in the areas of Aerial mapping using UAVs, Mobile mapping using GPS enabled devices, application development in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), as well as Big Data management.

The company is a pioneer company that introduced and spearheaded extensive use of in Uganda and dedicated its resources into championing the use of Geospatial technology among the ever-expanding field of applications and professionals. From the vast experience, we fully understand the priorities and needs of our clients and which puts us in a unique position to innovate and develop solutions tailored to the needs our clients.

This year marks 20 years of proven experience in undertaking national and international Projects that involve design and development of Geospatial Platforms, capacity development, support to surveying, Remote Sensing and Knowledge Management.
